Article abstract: This report presents the methods, results, and analysis of the fifth year of ongoing monitoring of California Gnatcatcher (CAGN) and Cactus Wren (CACW) populations in the Nature Reserve of Orange County (NROC). The monitoring is conducted to satisfy the requirements of the Implementation Agreement for the Natural Communities Conservation Plan (NCCP) for Central and Coastal Orange County; it is funded by the NROC' s monitoring endowment.
