Article abstract: The County of San Diego’s Department of Agriculture, Weights and Measures (AWM), under an agreement with the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) is tasked with the initial implementation of the IPSP. This annual work plan for the 2015 field season was developed to be used to guide the different levels of effort to be implemented: treatment, tracking, monitoring, and assessment.
