Article abstract: This report provides a summary of work completed by San Diego Management and Monitoring Program (SDMMP) staff with funding provided by San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) to U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) through Collaborative Agreement No. 5004507. SDMMP staff completed work described in Agreement Tasks 1, 2, and 3 for 2015-19 and Task 24 in 2019. This report is intended to reflect the team approach by which SDMMP operates. Frequently, work and deliverables associated with a particular task are completed by the SDMMP team and not just staff associated with that task. From 2015-2018, the Program Administrator, an independent contractor, provided program oversight and contributed to work described by these tasks as well as to other independent tasks. The report is organized by tasks, although it is emphasized that deliverables are often a joint product of SDMMP staff.
