Article abstract: The proposed project is the approval and implementation of an initial Rancho Jamul EcologicalReserve (RJER) Land Management Plan (LMP). The reserve provides numerous public use opportunities as well, including recreation, managed hunting, scientific study, and education. This reports details the maintenance activities that will be conducted within RJER.
