A great deal of collaborative work has gone into development of the County’s Multiple Species Conservation Program, which has considered the inclusion of multiple sensitive butterflies. This includes the previous public outreach efforts to add Quino to the list of species covered by the South County Plan. The input received from members of the public and other interested parties has been invaluable to the protection of sensitive butterfly species.
