The GBRA HCP Director is responsible for the planning and administration of HCP activities, oversight of HCP consulting team, budget tracking and facilitation of internal and external meetings. Once an ITP is received, the HCP Director will be responsible for implementation of the HCP through contractor oversight and internal staff management. The HCP Director will also be responsible for the Certificate of Inclusion program and reporting requirements related to the HCP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to the day to day administration of the HCP.
• Assist the Executive and Deputy Executive Manager with strategic and organizational planning related to the HCP.
• Manage HCP Coordinator.
• Assist in the development of conferences, workshops, tours and meetings with public officials, stakeholders and committees.
• Prepare presentations, board reports and updates.
• Prepare HCP annual budget for inclusion in department budget.
• Manage current grants and seek additional grants.
• Develop HCP timelines, goals and milestones.
• Manage and keep website content up to date.
• Maintain documents, references, literature, and admin record related to HCP.
• Collaborate with other GBRA departments on educational and outreach programs that involve the HCP. Other duties as assigned.
