Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake’s (NAWSCL) Environmental Management Division is seeking a qualified Natural Resources Specialist (GS-0401-12) with experience in Mojave Desert tortoise ecology, natural resources management, and regulatory compliance.

The incumbent will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to manage the natural resources on 1.1 million acres of land in the northern Mohave Desert in a wide variety of habitat types, and in elevations ranging from 2000-9000ft.
