HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc.  is  seeking an experienced, highly‐motivated Biology Project Manager with critical thinking skills and a strong  work ethic to join their San Diego County headquarters office locations (Carlsbad or La Mesa), California, or at  our Orange County office located in Irvine, California.  HELIX provides CEQA/NEPA, biological, cultural resource  management, habitat restoration, regulatory permitting, environmental compliance monitoring, acoustics and  noise control, air quality and greenhouse gas, and GIS services to both the public and private sectors.
