Mission RCD is seeking a District Manager. This position serves as the chief administrative officer responsible for managing and directing internal business operations of the District consistent with the strategic plan, goals/objectives, and policies/procedures established by a five-member Board of Directors. The District Manager leads a staff who work under conditions of considerable independence. He or she must have a strong track record of working with a wide variety of partners and community stakeholders including government, environmental, and agricultural groups.
