Under the supervision of a Senior Environmental Scientist (Supervisor), the incumbent will be responsible for complex and in-depth environmental reviews, analyses, and preparation of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) related documents or letters, California Endangered Species Act (CESA) permits, Lake and Streambed Alteration (LSA) Agreements and other environmental documents, laws and regulations, and habitat conservation plans for Caltrans District 8 as directed by the statewide Caltrans contract.
