The San Luis Rey Watershed Council (SLRWC) has opened the interest application for the Water Harvesting Pilot Program funded by the California Department of Fish & Wildlife.
They are working with Catching H2O to provide FREE installations for:
18 locations for a Laundry-to-Landscape (LTL) installations
2 locations for full systems: Cistern, Rain Garden, & LTL

Single family properties (owner-occupied)
Must live within the San Luis Rey Watershed

Towns (portions – check your address on the link above): Oceanside, Fallbrook, Bonsall, Vista, Valley Center, Pauma Valley, Rainbow, Warner Springs
Tribal Lands: Pala, Pauma, Rincon, San Pasqual, La Jolla, Santa Ysabel, Los Coyotes
Applications will be evaluated on a first come, first serve basis.
