The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), along with the Wildlife Conservation Board, the Coastal Conservancy, and other Proposition 1 funding agencies, are holding a series of grant workshops in Southern California. The purpose of these workshops is to engage local stakeholders in an effort to increase the number and quality of proposals submitted to Prop 1 for projects in Southern California.

1. Overview of various Proposition 1 Grant Programs.
2. Discussion of grant application processes. What makes a great proposal?
3. Breakout sessions with various funding agencies. An opportunity for applicants to discuss their projects with representatives of each agency present.
