The December monthly management/monitoring coordination meeting will be held December 11, 2013 from 9:30am to 11:30am at USGS in the downstairs conference room.

Highlights:

• Dr. Barbara Kus (USGS) will be giving a presentation titled “California Gnatcatcher Monitoring and the MSCP: Synthesis of Findings and Future Research Needs”.

• Dr. Robert Fisher will be giving some brief updates (SC-MTX web portal, rapid assessment protocols, and other surprise topics).

• Please stay or come afterwards for lunch (Ron is BBQ’g tri-tip and portobello mushrooms!).

Also: We have been receiving numerous requests to share announcements with the group. To reduce the email bombardment, we have created a webpage on the SDMMP website. Do you want us to email you every time an announcement is added (potentially 3x/week), weekly, is monthly enough?

Normal monthly meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of every month, except for the combined November/December meeting.
