For our meeting in September, we are holding a symposium on Climate-Smart Conservation Case Studies in the Southern California Coast. The second half will be an in person round table discussion that will focus on how people are bringing (or thinking about bringing) climate considerations into their research/projects. Whether you are just getting started, thinking about it but not sure where to start, or have a project that you are implementing this is a chance to share your ideas and learn from each other. That being said there is NO PREP. No need for formal presentation or ppt—just come ready to talk about your ideas/activities. If you have materials you would like to share you can send them to me or bring them along and we will help distribute them.
