Article abstract: Dr. Donald McGraw was contracted by the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service to gather and synthesize information regarding the status of the Least Bell?s Vireo (Vireo Bellii pusillus). This review was subsequently compiled by Peter Back of the Carlsbad Fish and Wildlife Office and considered Dr. McGraw?s final report, office files, available literature, new survey information, and interviews of individuals involved with surveying, research, and management of this species.
