Surveys for the Least Bell's Vireo and Southwestern Willow Flycatcher at the San Luis Rey River

Article abstract: This report summarizes the results of least Bell's vireo (Vireo bellii pusillus) and southwestern willow flycatcher (Empidonax traillii extimus) surveys conducted in 2002 along the San Luis Rey River in San Diego County, California. The primary objectives of this study were to determine the number and location of least Bells' vireo and southwestern willow flycatchers within the survey areas, and document reproductive status of the southwestern willow flycatcher.
